Bulanglang na Mais

(Corn Vegetable Stew)

Ingredients

• 2 pcs young corn or mais, kernels scraped off the cob (Zea mays)
• 1 cup horseradish leaves or dahon ng malunggay (Moringa oleifera)
• 4 cloves garlic or bawang, crushed
• salt

Procedure

1. Boil 2 cups water with corn and garlic, until corn is tender.
2. Season with salt and add malunggay leaves.
3. Allow to boil once and remove from heat.
