Procedure

1 . Boil the coconut milk and sliced kalabasa (squash).
2 . Put the batong (string beans) and okra then mix.
3 . Adjust the taste by adding salt, pepper, ginger then mix.
4 . After a minutes then its boil, add the saluyot.

Procedure

Procedure

1 . In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil.
2 . Add onions and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened.
3 . Add cornbeef and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
4 . Add soy sauce and water. Cover, lower heat and continue to cook until pork is cooked through and sauce is reduced.
5 . Remove the lid and increase the heat to medium. Add long beans and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3 to 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
6 . Add oyster sauce and stir.
7 . Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with fried garlic bits, if desired. Serve hot.
