Procedure

1 . Magpainit ng mantika, igisa ang sibuyas. ajos (bawang) at kamatis
2 . Ilagay ang upo at kaunting tubig, pakuluin ng 3 minutes
3 . Magdagdag ng kaunting tubig at ilagay ang sardinas, haluin mabuti
4 . Timplahan ng toyo (soys sauce) o asin at haluin mabuti
5 . Makalipas ang ilang minuto maari na itong hanguin at i-serve
