Procedure

1 . Igisa ang luya, bawang, sibuyas at bagoong
2 . Ilagay ang kamatis
3 . Takpan ng ilang minuto upang maluto ang bagoong
4 . Ilagay ang sarabat at hayaan kumulo
5 . makalipas ang 10 minutes at malambot na ang sarabat, maari na itong hanguin
6 . Ilipat sa lagayan at i-serve

Pakoroll

Ingredients

Pako (1 bugkos)
Loaf bread
Hotdog (1 pack)
5 pcs egg
Eden cheese
Bread crumbs
Carrot
Mantika (cooking oil)

Procedure

1 . Trim the pako (Fern).
2 . Trim edges of each bread and with a glass bottle or rolling pin if available, flatten until very thin.
3 . Arrange a piece of hotdog, and two cheese strips at the edge of the bread facing you and roll bread into a log to enclose filling. Press lightly on seams to completely seal (or secure with toothpicks and remove when ready to dredge in bread crumbs). Repeat with remaining bread slices.
4 . In a bowl, combine shredded pako leaves, eggs and milk and whisk together until well-beaten.
5 . In a shallow dish, place Panko bread crumbs.
6 . Dip the bread roll in egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs, patting down crumbs to fully coat. Repeat with the remaining rolls.
7 . In a wide, thick-bottomed pan over medium heat, heat about 2-inches deep of oil. Place prepared bread rolls seam side down and deep-fry, turning as needed, until golden and crunchy.
8 . Remove from pan and drain on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Serve hot with catsup for dipping.

Pako salad

Ingredients

Procedure

1 . Soak the collected tips of vegetable fern young fronds in cold water for some minutes and rinse well. You may also blanch them in boiling water beforehand.
2 . In a big bowl, mix blanched fern, tomato, onion, ginger.
3 . put some fish sauce and kalamansi extract.
4 . Add sliced salted egg on top then serve.

Ensaladang pa-o

Procedure

1 . Gayatin ang kamatis at sibuyas
2 . Ilagay sa bagoong ang ginayat na kamatis at sibuyas at haluin mabuti
3 . Hugasan ng mabuti ang pako
4 . Mag init ng tubig at isalang ang pako ng 3 minuto
5 . Hanguin at i-serve kasabay ang masarap na bagong na may kamatis at sibuyas

Procedure

1 . Soak the collected tips of vegetable fern young fronds and kangkong in cold water for some minutes and rinse well. You may also blanch them in boiling water beforehand.
2 . In a small bowl, slice kamatis, sibuyas, fish paste mix then set aside.
3 . Ready to serve
4 . Mag init ng tubig at isalang ang pako ng 3 minuto
5 . Hanguin at i-serve kasabay ang masarap na bagong na may kamatis at sibuyas
