Sikwa (Luffa)

Okra

Procedure

1 . Slice the sikwa (luffa), talong (eggplant), okra and kalabasa (squash) then wash in runner water.
2 . Fill pot with water and throw in bawang, sibuyas, tanglad, kalabasa and okra. Bring to a boil over medium high heat.
3 . Throw in the talong (eggplant) and sikwa (patola/luffa) . Bring to a boil and simmer for another 5 minutes.
4 . Add inihaw na isda (crushed grilled fish flakes).
5 . adjust the taste by bagoong, salt and sugar and then stir.
6 . Turn off heat and add the malunggay. Stir to mix. The residual heat will cook the leafy greens enough.
7 . Ladle into individual soup bowls and enjoy!

1 . Igisa ang bawang, sibuyas at kamatis
2 . Ilagay ang lahat ng okra, kalabasa, talong, atsal at haluhin
3 . Makalipas ang limang minuto, ilagay ang sikwa at haluin muli
4 . Pag malambot na ang sikwa, maari na ilagay ang sardinas o tinapa
5 . Antayin kumulo at maari na itong iserve
