1 . Hugasan ang talbos ng saluyot
2 . Ilagay sa kasirola ang saluyot, asin, luya at bawang
3 . Isalang ito sa apoy
4 . Antayin lumambot ang saluyot
5 . Makalipas ang ilang minuto at malambot na ang saluyot maari na itong hanguin
6 . I-serve
