Procedure
1 . Heat a cooking pot and pour-in the cooking oil.
2 . When the oil is hot enough, put-in the onion and garlic then brown.
3 . Add the Kangkong for 1 to 2 minutes.
4 . Pour the soy sauce and water in the cooking pot and let boil.
5 . Sprinkle salt and dried fish (dilis) then stir.
4 . Transfer to a serving plate then serve.

Procedure
1 . Cut ampalaya lengthwise and with a spoon, remove seeds and scrape off white pith. Sliced thinly and place in a bowl of cold water until needed. Drain well when ready to use.
2 . In a wide skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onions, garlic, and tomatoes. Cook, stirring regularly, until softened.
3 . Add water and bring to a boil.
4 . Add ampalaya and gently toss to combine. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes or until tender yet crisp.
5 . In a thin stream, add eggs and gently stir to distribute. Continue to cook for about 1 minute or until eggs have set.
6 . Season with salt to taste. Serve hot.

1 . Pakuluan ang laman ng langka hanggan ito ay lumabot
2 . Lagyan ng kaunting tubig at gata ng nyog, takpan ng 10 minutes
3 . Ilagay ang asin, asukal, bombay, ahos, luy-a at hayaan itong kumulo ng 5 minutes
4 . Ilagay ang atsal at carrots, suka, sibuyas dahon at haluin ng mabuti
5 . Makalipas ang ilang minuto maari na itong hanguin
6 . I-serve sa malinis na lagayan
