Procedure
1 . Balatan ang gallang at hiwain ng maliliit
2 . Hugasan ito ng mabuti, bago ito yadyarin upang maging pino
3 . Ilagay sa dahon ng saging at baluting maiigi
4 . Ilagay sa kaldero at pakuluan ng 30 minutes
5 . Ihanda ang pampatamis, pakuluan ang gata
6 . Ilagay ang asukal, tuluyan itong haluin
7 . Maari na itong hanguin pag malapot na at luto na ang gata
