Ingredients

• 2 cups katuray flowers, cleaned (Sesbania grandiflora)
• 2 medium tomatoes or kamatis, chopped
• 1 thumb ginger or luya, minced
• 2 tbsp fish paste or bagoong

Procedure

Wash and blanch katuray flowers. In a bowl, combine blanched flowers with tomatoes and ginger, and drizzle with bagoong.
