Procedure

1 . Magpakulo ng tubig at tanglad
2 . Ilagay ang isda. Pakuluin ng 5 minutes.
3 . Ilagay ang dahon ng pitsay
4 . Ilagay and asin, seasoning mix, sibuyas dahunan, bawing at bombay
5 . Pag kumulo ay maari na itong hanguin at ihain.
