1 . Chop ng pino ang puso ng saging.
2 . Pakuluan ang puso ng saging
3 . Pigain ang katas tapos lagyan ng all-purpose flour, sibuyas, kamatis, garlic, toyo, itlog.
4 . I-prito hanggang maging brown.
