Procedure
1 . Remove the floret of the banana blossom, rinse.
2 . Finely chop the banana blossom
3 . Boil about 10 minutes then drain, squeeze to remove the resin of the blossom.
4 . In a wok or skillet over medium-high heat, saute garlic and onion in hot oil until limp and aromatic.
5 . Add the banana blossom. Season with salt. Cook for some minutes until banana blossom are tender.
6 . Transfer to a serving dish.
