Procedure

1 . Igisa ang sibuyas, kamatis at atsal
2 . Ilagay ang karne
3 . Isunod ang alamang hipon
4 . Ilagay ang kalabasa at kalabasa, haluin mabuti, cook for 7 minutes

Procedure

1 . Pakuluan ang munggo hanggang sa lumambot ito.
2 . I-drain ang munggo.
3 . Pakuluan ang gata ng nyog, isama ang kalabasa, luya at bombay.
4 . Maari ng ilagay ang pinakuluang munggo pag kumulo na ang gata.
5 . Ilagay ang alugbati at dahon ng ampalaya.
6 . Ilagay ang unang gata, kamatis at atsal.
