Procedure

1 . Ihawin ang stalk ng tawasi
2 . Balatan ang inihaw na tawasi
3 . sa isang malinis na lagayan, ilagay ang binalatang tawasi
4 . lagyan ito ng bagoong, bombay, luy-a at atsal
5 . maari na itong i-serve

Tambasing law-oy

Ingredients

Udlot ng tambasing
Luy-a
Sibuyas
Tanglad
Asin (salt)

Procedure

1 . Gather the ingredients.
2 . Trim the tambabasing (fiddlehead ferns), removing any brown ends or mushy parts. Rinse them clean in cool water. Only do this right before cooking them.
3 . Boil water in a deep pot, bring to boil.
4 . Throw in the sliced ubod, bring to a boil and simmer for another 5 minutes.
5 . Add sibuyas (Onion), tanglad (lemon grass), sibuying
6 . Add asin (salt) adjust the taste.
7 . After 5 minutes, Turn off heat. Ladle into individual soup bowls and enjoy!
