Procedure

1 . Himayin ang saluyot
2 . Hugasan ito ng mabuti
3 . Mag-gata ng nyog, Ihiwalay ang unang gata sa pangalawang gata
4 . Pakuluan ang unang gata at ilagay ang talong at takpan
5 . Pagmalambot na ang talong maari ng ilagay ang alugbati at saluyot
6 . Makalipas ang ilang minuto maari na itong hanguin at i-serve

Procedure

1 . Fill pot with water and throw in kalabasa (squash). Bring to a boil over medium high heat.
2 . Throw in the okra, bring to a boil and simmer for another 5 minutes.
3 . Add the saluyot, alogbate and malunggay cook for about 2-3 minutes, just until limp.
4 . Add asin, sibuyas, betsin at lemon grass/tanglad adjust the taste.
5 . Turn off heat and add the malunggay. Stir to mix. The residual heat will cook the leafy greens enough.
6 . Ladle into individual soup bowls and enjoy!
